There will be limited traffic to the TV tower in Zaķusala, which will serve as a coach stop for Lithuanian and Estonian fans. Lucavsala will be closed for private transport. Those intending to leave the city will most likely also have to contend with traffic congestions.

“In order to make it easier, we will create a “green wave” at 15:00 for those leaving the city through Mūkusalas iela, Ziepniekkalna iela, until a turn to Baloži. Hopefully, this will somewhat ease the situation,” said Aleksandrs Bukēvičs, Chief of the Order Police Department.

Attendees are advised to come by foot or use public transport. Bike-racks will be provided.

“We've created a special trolley bus route from the University of Latvia to Salu tilts, then its a walk through a tunnel to the location,” said Rudīte Reveliņa, Head of the Traffic Department of the Riga City Council.

Emergency Response Service will be operating on the site. Attendees are called upon to exercise relative caution. It is also advised to be conscious of the noise levels if children are in attendance.
