Two dead in crash near Ogre; road closed

On Thursday, June 9, a road accident occurred on the Tīnūži highway P80 near Ogre. Traffic is closed in the direction from Rīga to Tīnūži.

Two people are dead and one is injured, according to information from the State Police.

State police received a call at 12:40 about a frontal collision between a truck and a passenger car. The exact circumstances are investigated.
