According to police, on the morning of November 6, 2020 in Daugavpils, an employee of the State Border Guard, who was going to work at the time, was followed and attacked by two people. The attack is regarded as attempted murder.
It is believed that the persons shown in the pictures may be connected with this particularly serious crime and police are asking the public for help establishing their identities and current locations. Information can be supplied anonymously, and police say members of the public should not approach or attempt to apprehend the men on their own.
