The Rīga-based NATO Strategic Communications Center of Excellence (STRATCOMCOE) will be hosting another in its series of online expert discussions this week, with the latest titled 'Protecting Armed Forces In The Digital Domain'.

"Drawing on previous experiments and a variety of case studies done by the NATO STRATCOMCOE, we will discuss a framework for Armed Forces and military organizations to support understanding of the force protection issues related to the digital technologies.

"Although we should have a focus on cyber issues, we cannot forget that there are also a myriad of threats arising from clever use of open source technology and data availability," says advance publicity.

The speaker will be Henrik Twetman, NATO STRATCOMCOE Senior Expert, and the moderator will be Linda Curika.

The event will be livestreamed on February 10 at 16:00 rīga time (GMT+2) on STRATCOMCOE's Facebook page and YouTube channel.
