Of the new cases, 189 cases were unvaccinated persons, or persons not fully vaccinated, and 126 were fully vaccinated. The total number of cases detected since the start of the pandemic now stands at 252,728.
Of the 3,872 tests carried out in the past 24 hours, 8.1% were positive. The 14-day cumulative morbidity rate per 100,000 population fell slightly from 637 Sunday to 632 Monday.

In Estonia the last 24 hours brought 311 cases and 7 deaths, while in Lithuania there were 584 cases and 23 deaths.
