Until now, it has been stipulated that, when presenting a Covid-19 certificate, the person has an obligation to present a personal identification document – a passport or ID card. The proposed amendment states that the changes would remove public concerns about the control of the presentation of a Covid-19 certificate by providing that other documents may also be used to identify the holder of the certificate.
The decision was unanimous. 74 members voted in favor of it.
