The sky will be cloudy all day and in the afternoon, a large rain system will begin a lengthy downpour. Wind will be slow to moderate, though the coast could get a few evening gusts of 15-18 meters per second.
Monday's maximum air temperatures will be +2 Celsius to + 7 C.
This general pattern is likely to be repeated through much of the week with several cyclones crossing the country, so the weather will be variable with frequent and sometimes heavy precipitation is expected.

On Wednesday in the early hours, temperatures could drop below freezing, creating a frost during a brief period of clear skies. Wednesday is likely to be the only day without considerable cloud cover and may even escape rain.
By Thursday, a new, powerful cyclone will reach us, bringing southerly and south-westerly winds of up to 20 meters per second. It will also bring warm temperatures of +3 to +8 C in most of the country and even +10 in southern districts.
Next weekend is not expected to be a memorable one, with yet more wind, sleet and rain to experience.
