The discussion participants include Transport Minister Tālis Linkaits (New Conservative Party), Deputy Head of temporary administration of Riga Artis Lapiņš, representatives of Rail Baltica project from "RB Rail" and "Idom-ineco", as well as the Riga municipality department of local planning "Grupa 93".
