Police say that the man is wanted for a particularly serious crime. In the Latvian system, particularly serious crimes are those for which a prison sentence longer than 8 years can be imposed.
The State Police ask that you take a look at the images and inform the police if you have information that could lead to his identification and/or whereabouts.

Police also ask that those who have cars with videorecorders and drove through Prūšu, Latgales, and Lokomotīves Street in Rīga on Friday, August 28, between 11 and 13.
