The total number of cases detected since the start of the pandemic now stands at 137,699.
Of 8,803 tests carried out in the past 24 hours, 0.5% were positive, consistent with the rate of recent days.
The 14-day cumulative infection rate per 100,000 inhabitants continued its decline, from 42.4 Monday to 38.2 Tuesday.

There were also three additional Covid-19 deaths confirmed Tuesday. The death toll since the start of the pandemic stands at 2,531.
90 patients are currently being treated for coronavirus symptoms in Latvia's hospitals, of which number 16 have serious symptoms.
On July 5 a first vaccination was received by 2,982 people, while 3,138 received a second dose. Both two-dose and single-dose vaccines are being used. In all 578,950 people have now completed a course of vaccination in Latvia.
Meanwhile 50 cases of coronavirus were confirmed in Estonia Tuesday and in Lithuania the figure was 40 cases.
