The number of patients being treated for coronavirus symptoms in Latvia's hospitals rose from 39 on Tuesday to 46 on Wednesday. Of that number, 6 have serious symptoms.
Meanwhile in Estonia 173 new Covid cases were registered Wednesday and in Lithuania 337 new cases were recorded amid ever-clearer signs that another Covid-19 wave appears to be gathering force in the Baltic states.
