Since the beginning of the pandemic, 930,254 Covid-19 cases have now been recorded among Latvia's 1.9 million population.
The total death toll since the beginning of the pandemic stands at 5,994. The latest four victims were all aged 60 years or over.
Thursday hospital data from the National Health Service (NVD) show 448 patients being treated in hospitals, three of whom are displaying serious symptoms.
