There are almost a million units in stocks, and more than 100,000 have already been passed on to vaccination authorities. The deliveries of vaccines are also expected to continue.
There will be enough vaccines for all Latvian residents, including the booster, she insisted.
The new recommendations of the State Council for Immunization state that the booster can be provided for all members of the population over 18, the time between doses varying for each type of primary vaccine.
