Long weekend in Latvia is barely over when the next weekend comes. Fill it up with great events!

Sand sculptures in Jelgava

At the end of May, preparations began to be able to welcome visitors in  Jelgava's Pasta Sala park for its annual sand sculpture exhibit. The sculptures are now on display and can be viewed until the end of summer. This year, the art is devoted to Jelgava city history.

Riga Flea market

The market in Spīķeri near Riga Central Market opens its sixth season and brings to life the best traditions of European open-air flea markets, where anyone can become a trader. For buyers, flea markets are a great opportunity to find unique items with history and give them a new life.

The first flea market of the year is open on Saturday, June 27, from 11:00 to 16:00.

Sunday brunch and cruise

On Sunday, June 28, from 11:00 to 14:00, restaurant Rīgas Pērle invites you to a Sunday brunch with a fascinating cruise on the Daugava. Families with children welcome. On offer: barbecue, salads, snacks, desserts, seasonal produce.
