In Pļaviņas and at the Zeļķu Bridge at 6:20 in the morning water levels were about 40 centimeters lower than in the middle of the night, but in Jēkabpils it has climbed about 15 centimeters over the course of the night.
The warning is in effect until today's 15:00 in the afternoon. This applies to the Daugava section from Jēkabpils to Pļaviņas.
