In Latgale and parts of Vidzeme and Zemgale, the sky will be clear throughout the night. Other parts of the country will be clouded, and parts of Kurzeme, western Latvia, will see snow.
Temperatures will fall to -14..-19C in eastern Latvia and -6..-11C in the rest of the country. The coastal regions will be markedly warmer at -2..-4C.
It'll be snowing in Rīga but the skies will clear somewhat during the day. The minimum temperature will be around -7C at night and hover up to -5C during the day.
