Titled "Societal security in the Baltic Sea region" it was presented at a recent seminar, which you can see in the video below.
Edited by Andris Spruds, Mika Aaltola, Boris Kuznetsov and Elizabete Vizgunova the book runs to 270 pages and according to LIIA ''was initiated to learn from Nordic best practices in societal security research and develop non-Nordic research and expertise, contributing to more informed political and expert debates on societal security in the Baltic States, Poland, Northeast Russia and Belarus, and offering recommendations."
