Viktors Rimarevs' photo "September", depicting a rowboat on the shore of the Baltic Sea in Tūja, has brought him the award.
Estonian Radio Nurk with the photo "Finish" and Lithuanian Ieva Lozuraityte with "From Fascism to Fendi" also fought for first place.
The category National and Regionall Awards is an initiative by the World Photography Organization and Sony to support local photographer communities in 54 countries. This year, more than 395 thousand photographs were submitted to the competition.
