Minimal growth on year in Latvian real estate prices

Prices of new dwellings increased by 11.6 %, but the average price level of existing dwellings reduced by 2.1 %.

Compared to the 3rd quarter of 2023, in the 4th quarter of 2023 prices of dwellings reduced by 2.5 %. Prices of new dwellings rose by 4.5 %, but prices of existing dwellings reduced by 4.7 %.

Taking a longer-term view, compared to 2015, in the 4th quarter of 2023 prices of dwellings were 88.5 % higher. Prices of new dwellings increased by 101.2 %, but of existing dwellings – by 84.5 %.
