On January 6, 2021 Latvia will make a new year return to the financial markets to offer Notes in a competitive multi-price auction worth up to EUR 25 million.

The Notes will be due 2028 (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing EUR 500,000,000 1.125 per cent notes previously issued) under the Global Medium Term Note Program of the Republic of Latvia, acting through the State Treasury.

The Notes are being offered and sold by the Republic of Latvia to primary dealers and other Nasdaq Riga members in the Republic of Latvia only by way of auction and/or direct sales, as applicable, and are not being offered or sold by or on behalf of the Republic of Latvia in any other jurisdiction.
