On November 6 the Stockholm School of Economics in Rīga (SSE Rīga) is promising "an unforgettable online gathering of minds and voices determined to play our part to continuously foster growth and lead by example in the Baltic region and beyond."

The gathering will take the form of several online panels as "a six-hour virtual event with live conversations on what’s next for Baltic macro, industries and capital markets."

"SSE Riga Homecoming is something that we just couldn't pass up. Our conversations with the Alumni community confirm that almost every graduate is focused on seeking a positive impact and learning from the pandemic. We are all part of this discussion – let us work together and ensure that experiences pave the way for new opportunities," said Anders Paalzow, SSE Rīga rector.

Participants include former Estonian Prime Minister Taavi Roivas, Latvian central bank governor Mārtiņš Kazāks and airBaltic chairman and CEO Martin Gauss. Discussions take place in English.

A live stream will be viewable on the SSE Rīga website and SSE Rīga Facebook page. Questions and comments may be asked in real time. The sessions are scheduled to start at 12:00 and run until 17:30.

"Lean back and watch on the big screen with your family or colleagues and connect live while watching with your SSE Riga alumni, faculty and friends around the world," say the organizers.
