On bus route 58 in the direction of Vecmīlgrāvis buses will run along the route from Vaidavas street, further along Kastrānes street, Biķernieku street, Viļa Želbe street, Brīvības gatve, Gustava Zemgala gatve and further along the route.
The buses of route 58 will no longe stop at the "Ieriķu iela" stop, but passengers will have the opportunity to use the nearby stop "Stārķu iela" or the stop "Ūnijas iela". It is hoped the changes will help avoid the regular traffic jams caused by the Eastern highway, which have significantly affected the punctuality of the route. The number of buses operated will remain unchanged.
