Organized by the Latvian Institute of International Affairs (LIIA), this week the title under discussion is "Global South and the Quest for International Justice" examining whether there is a demand for exporting Western values beyond our borders and how far international justice stretches.
Taking part are LIIA Researcher Sintija Broka and Dr. Adam Czarnota, Rector at the Riga Graduate School of Law.
The discussions have been taking place every week during November and December and conclude with a special end of season discussion on December 13.
