"We will discuss the more active approach from the Chinese government, the Chinese Communist party and Chinese state media towards the Nordic-Baltic countries," advance publicity says, adding: "What narratives about China and about the Chinese are being promoted in the Nordic-Baltic region?" and "What kind of new information activities are China applying in the region?"
The moderator will be Dr. Una Aleksandra Bērziņa-Čerenkova, political scientist, China scholar, Head of Riga Stradins University China Studies Centre, Head of the New Silk Road program at the Latvian Institute of International Affairs.
