The Rīga-based NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence (STRATCOMCOE) returns to cyberspace April 7 with an online conversation considering "Countering Violent Extremism in North Africa and Sahel" with Stefano Marcuzzi and Pascal Carlucci.

"Efforts to counter violent extremism in North Africa and the Sahel have to take into account local dynamics. Dr. Carlucci and Dr. Marcuzzi will consider these, weigh the implications for NATO and NATO nations, and provide an outlook for the future," says advance publicity material.

The session starts at 16:00 Rīga time (GMT +3) on STRATCOMCOE's Facebook page and YouTube channel.
