The United States Army on October 4 posted a short film to its official YouTube channel showing its soldiers and those of allied NATO countries performing live-fire drills in Latvia as part of exercise 'Bayonet Shield'.
The film, which features input from various service personnel, can be watched below.
The U.S. military presence in Latvia also made the news stateside in a report from the Wall Street Journal saying forces have had their smartphones targeted in Estonia and Latvia by what are presumed to be Russian intelligence services.
