188 new cases of COVID-19 were recorded October 21, taking the total number of cases since the start of the pandemic to 3,797. There was no mention of additional deaths.
The same figure of 188 cases was also recorded October 17.
The Disease Prevention and Contol Center (SPKC) said 5,312 tests were conducted during the previous 24-hour period. 3.5% of tests conducted were positive (up from 2.8% the previous day). So far 1,341 patients have recovered from infection. According to SPKC data on October 20 there have been 46 fatalities.
