There will be little precipitation, with only local and brief showers and frequent sunshine. The prevailing winds will be slow to moderate westerly and southerly.
Maximum temperatures will reach +17 to 22 C on Thursday and up to +24 C in the east, +16 to 21 C in the afternoons over the weekend and up to 22-23 C in the east on Sunday. Nights will get colder, especially on Friday and Saturday, when minimum temperatures will be 7-12 C, even +5 C in Vidzeme and Kurzeme.
Early next week, the weather will remain similar. Rain is expected at times, moderate winds and no major changes in the air temperatures.
Warmer weather in Latvia is likely from the middle of the month.
