Tuesday will still pass without significant changes - overnight temperatures near zero, daytime +4 to +10 degrees, some slight rainfall, some places may also see wet snow at night.
It will get warmer on Wednesday, with no precipitation expected. The sun will shine, and southeast winds will intensify. The minimum air temperature at night -1 C to +3 X, maximum daily +10 C to +15 C, slightly cooler on the Gulf of Riga coast in Kurzeme.
Temperatures will climb a few more degrees on Thursday, reaching +12 C to +17 C. The warmest weather is expected on the western coast of Kurzeme, especially on the side of Liepāja, Pāvilosta, while on the Gulf of Riga coast in Kurzeme, it will be cooler - below 10 degrees.
The skies will get cloudier on Friday, rain in many places, with the maximum air temperature of +8 to +13 C. As the winds roll in from the southwest, it will be even cooler on the western shore of Kurzeme.
Sunny weather will return on Saturday and Sunday, with temperatures climbing, some places in eastern Zemgale, Vidzeme, and Latgale reaching 20 degrees on Sunday, while significantly cooler will be the western coast of Kurzeme, as well as on the Gulf of Riga coast in Vidzeme, where fog is also possible and temperatures may not reach even the 10-degree mark.
However, such warm weather is not here to stay. April will follow with much cooler days, some nights frost and maybe snow will return.
