The temperatures on Thursday evening will range around 0 to +2 C in Kurzeme, Zemgale, and around Rīga, elsewhere -5 C to -1 C.
Friday will be cloudy with snowfall throughout the country and ice on the roads. The temperature during the day will e slightly above zero.
Over the weekend, it will again get a bit cooler, on Sunday morning air temperatures dropping to -10 C in Vidzeme and Latgale.
