Next week, the average daily air temperature in most of Latvia will settle above 15 degrees, marking the beginning of the meteorological summer.
On Saturday, there will still be some rain and thunder throughout Latvia from time to time but in general the day will be sunny. Air temperature on the night to Saturday will be between +6 C and +11 C, but in the day it will rise, reaching between +16 C and +21 C.
Sunday will be sunny and dry throughout Latvia and air temperatures will be slightly higher than on Saturday.
Next week the temperature will continue to rise, and it is likely that for the first time this year, the +25 C mark will also be hit.
