On Friday, the weather will be cloudy, and in many places there will be snow or sleet. Ice will form on roads. The maximum air temperature in the west will be between +1 C and -2 C, down to -6 in the east.
On the night to Saturday, there will be frost down to -11 C, but during the day it will get considerably warmer. Temperatures will range between 0 C and +3 C.
Sunday will be windier and rainier. Snowfall is expected in the east. At night the temperatures will not drop below zero, and during the day will climb to +4 C.
A slow to moderate wind will also be blowing in Latvia next week. It will get warmer and mostly be cloudy.
