Yesterday the National 2016 Sony World Photography Awards winners were revealed, with Jānis Paļulis' photo Savilkonis (A gathering) the picture a panel of experts chose from Latvia, reported LSM.
Winning and shortlisted images from this year's competition will be shown at an exhibition held at the Somerset House, London from April 22 to May 8.
National Award winners--there are a total of 61--are given photo equipment from Sony.
