Centenary celebration winds down with brochure

Take note – story published 2 years ago

Latvia celebrated its centenary in 2018, but only now, three years later, is the official program of events and initiatives marking the occasion coming to a close.

At the end of the Latvian State Centennial Program, the team of the Latvian State Centennial Office of the Ministry of Culture has prepared a new publication: “Latvian State Centennial”, which will be handed out to all 764 public libraries in Latvia.

The retrospective brochure is available in printed and electronic formats and tells the story of the five-year long centennial program from 2017 to 2021. Despite having just 33 pages, it is produced with a hardback cover.

On December 17, 2021, the first copies were presented to the National Library of Latvia for placing on the People's Bookshelf.

You can download a copy (in Latvian) at: https://lv100.lv/Uploads/2021/11/18/latvijas-valsts-simtgade-w.pdf
