Cash prizes will be paid to a total of 86 people. Eleven Olympic sports federations will receive prize money for the development of the sport and training of young athletes (not less than 50% of the prize money awarded to the federation for the development of the sport).
The total amount of the cash prizes to be paid from the public purse is 885,372 euros and the list of recipients is available here. It includes representatives from the sprts of basketball, sliding sports (bobsled, skeleton, luge), curling, weightlifting, equestrianism, volleyball, canoeing, shooting, BMX, ice hockey and others.
