Tuesday, April 16 will see the Latvian central bank (Latvijas Banka, LB) issuing another in its series of coins for collectors. This one is named 'Across the Times' and is dedicated the the Ethnographic Open-air Museum of Latvia.

The graphic design of the coin was created by coin artist Arvīds Priedīte and depicts craftspeople going about their business along with a variety of tools. 

The collector coin will be available for purchase only on the website e-monetas.lv/en from 12:00 (noon) on 16 April. The price of the coin is 75.00 euro; the purchase limit for one buyer is 5 coins. The mintage of the coin is 3000. The coin has been struck by UAB Lietuvos monetų kalykla in Lithuania.
