Finnish PR firm to open Latvian office

Take note – story published 2 years ago

Finland-based PR agency Miltton announced January 5 that it will be "joining the communication and public affairs sphere in Latvia" by opening an office. Appropriately enough the information comes by way of a press release.

“Miltton’s presence in the Baltics – or the New Nordics as we see these countries at Miltton Group – is self-evident. Our aim is to be a partner to our customers on all shores of the Baltic sea,” said Mathias Järnström, CEO of Miltton Group.

The new operation will be led by Viesturs Deksnis as Chairman of the Board and CEO of Miltton Latvia.

"The Baltics can and often should be seen as one market, but we are still three different countries. Building on the strength of collaborating closely and simultaneously acknowledging the uniqueness of the three countries is a winning cocktail,” he said.

The company named Radio SuperHits, Aldaris and Hepsor as some of its initial clients.

Established in 2001, Miltton Group employs more than 350 people in Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Brussels, Washington DC, and now Latvia. Miltton Group’s turnover in 2020 was 33 million euros.

"We empower changemakers" the company claims on its home page.
