Lithuanian real estate firm plans €200 million investment in Rīga

M.M.M. Projektai, a real estate company owned by Lithuanian businessman Nerijus Numavicius, plans to invest €200 million in Rīga over the next seven years through its Latvian subsidiaries, reported db.lv.

In particular, the company plans to build office spaces and apartment complexes by 2026 in an industrial area near the premises of the former State Electrical Engineering Factory (VEF).

That's what Saule Zabulionyte, a representative of the subsidiaries Gustava parks projekti and Brivibas parks projekti, told db.lv.
