Applicants must comply with the requirements of the law, have a perfect reputation, have a master's degree, preferably in economics, finance, law, management, or information technology, have at least three years' experience in a senior position with at least 40 subordinates and knowledge and understanding of the VID's fields of activity.
Similarly, the applicants are expected to understand the development of IT projects or digitization of business processes and services, as well as the structure and basic principles of state administration, administrative process, and budget planning. Applicants' knowledge of English should be at level C1.
The selection of applicants will take place in three rounds.
At the end of the competition, the highest-ranking applicant will be directed for approval by the Cabinet of Ministers. The Director-General of the VID shall be appointed by the Minister for Finance.
