Provisional data published by the Central Statistical Bureau (CSB) on March 16 show that, compared to the 4th quarter of 2021, in the 4th quarter of 2022 prices of dwellings rose by 9.1 %.
Prices of new dwellings increased by 19.4 %, but of existing dwellings – by 6.6 %.
Compared to the 3rd quarter of 2022, in the 4th quarter of 2022 prices of dwellings reduced by 0.2 %. Prices of new dwellings increased by 8.6 %, but prices of existing dwellings – fell by 2.3 %.
