Latvians think their computers, bicycles and cellphones are the three things they have which are most worthwhile insuring according to a survey by Norwegian-owned Gjensidige Baltic insurance company.
42 percent of those surveyed said they would be willing to pay up to 5 euros per month to insure their personal computer, with 38 percent making the same claim about their cellphone.
The third-most-popular item to be insured was a bicycle, named by 34 percent of respondents.
Faithful four-legged-friends - cats and dogs - trailed in behind the hi-tech hardware in the insurability rankings.
