Latvia's economy in pretty good shape: European Commission

Latvia fares fairly well in the 'State of play' graphics which slightly confusingly are dated Winter 2016.

The Commission says the fiscal and economic situations are "sound" with no significant imbalances.

However poverty and social exclusion "remain a challenge."
