The Latvian minimum monthly wage is currently €380 before tax.
It's €470 in Estonia and €380 in Lithuania.
Minimum wage will be €430 next year

Latvia will raise the minimum monthly wage to €430 in 2018 and it will remain fixed for three years, Finance Minister Dana Reizniece-Ozola told the press on July 4.
