Nearly €50m less budget revenue than planned by September

In the first eight months of this year, the State Revenue Service collected €4.935b in budget revenue, while the projected sum was €4.982b.

The State Revenue Service plans to collect a total of €7.464b this year.

The master budget revenue plan in the first eight months of this year was fulfilled by 97.9 percent, amounting to €2.417 billion, while the planned figure was €2.47b.

The largest contributions came from the value added tax revenue - €1.244b, while excise tax added €516.94m, and social insurance contributions added €1.555b. The collected personal income tax amounted to €942.25m.
