Provisional data published by the Central Statistical Bureau (CSB) September 15 show that, compared to the 2nd quarter of 2021, in the 2nd quarter of 2022 prices of dwellings rose by 16.5 %.
Prices of new dwellings increased by 13.8 %, and of existing dwellings by 17.3 %.

Compared to the 1st quarter of 2022, in the 2nd quarter of 2022 prices of dwellings went up by 5.5 %. Prices of new dwellings increased by 10.3 %, and prices of existing dwellings – by 4.4 %. Compared to 2015, in the 2nd quarter of 2022 prices of dwellings were 85.8 % higher. Prices of new dwellings increased by 65.6 %, but of existing dwellings – by 91.6 %.
