Filmed in the style of 'Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon' and in widescreen format, the 30 second clip shows two dancers dressed in what appear to be religious robes running through a leaf-strewn frozen forest and then wordlessly but not breathlessly whirling each other round a bit.
This is followed by the slogan 'Magnetic Latvia'.
According to accompanying text, the film clip is explained thus:
