The speed is reduced from Maskavas Street ramp to Lubānas Street and from Lubānas Street to Piedrujas Street on the opposite side of the road.
The reduction in permitted speeds is an annual event aimed at increasing road safety on bridge ramps during the winter season.
Road signs will be replaced between 10 until 14, drivers are urged to be attentive and pay attention to changes in traffic organization.
