The Road Transport Administration said that the decision to establish a new commercial route was previously taken by the Public Transport Council in order to promote better service in the regional public transport route network of Latvia.
On commercial routes, the carrier itself sets a policy of ticket prices and discounts.
Lux Express says it will provide all journeys on the 2023 “Irizar i6s efficient” buses, which are better than older Lux Express buses. Amenities and entertainment are also promised.
