Rail Baltica construction to bring new traffic restrictions in Rīga center

As of Thursday, March 23, additional traffic restrictions will be introduced around the Central Station, including closed traffic on Puškina Street for a longer period due to the construction of the Rail Baltica Project, Rīga City Council said on March 22.

From March 23, vehicle traffic on Puškina Street between Maskavas and Ģenerāļa Radziņa Street will be closed for an indefinite time. During that period, Ģenerāļa Radziņa Street toward 13. janvāra embankment will also be closed for traffic and the movement will be organized in one lane each way.

Along with these traffic restrictions, the changes previously introduced, which can be consulted here, remain in force.
