airBaltic lost over 60 million in first half of 2021

airBaltic suffered €61.5 million in losses in the first six months of 2021, three times less than in the same period a year ago, the airline reported August 27.

According to the information provided by the airline, losses over the same period last year amounted to EUR 184.8 million.

In the first six months of 2021, the group's income amounted to €50 million, which is 40% less compared to the corresponding period last year.

The number of passengers carried and flights operated by the airline decreased by 59% and 51%, respectively.
